How it Formed?

Mr. Probhas Bondhu Chakroborty, our founder, incorporated Inner Eye Consultancy Services in 2019 after observing a dearth of cost-effective and talented MSMEs service providers. He figured that the scarcity of such services was quite a common phenomenon that many businesses face, especially small businesses. Realizing the necessity to ensure that the MSMEs services could be tailored to fit the size of the business, he started brainstorming with his philosophical views to do something about it! After countless days of hard work and dedication, Inner Eye Consultancy was formed and therefore recognized as an eminent analytics-based and IT services-based company that provides efficient software and applications development, analytic solutions, as well as consultancies for these activities. IECS provides short-term solutions to long-term problems by analyzing existing data in a professional manner and providing comprehensive analytical solutions for any business or industry. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Mr. Chakraborty went to great lengths to make sure that as an information technology consulting firm, IECS will also offer software maintenance and development solutions to businesses that want their software packaged professionally. Through its HRMS and other fully customized software solutions, he designed IECS in such a manner that it will also provide software bundles in the human resources, finance, and logistics domains. Our Story

What started as just a company with a dream in 2019 quickly transformed into a full-blown organization helping businesses with their HRMS, System Study, Analysis & Design, as well as Business Analytics & Consultation Services. We became the problem-solvers for such businesses, even amidst the Covid 19 pandemic. Even the pandemic could not stop us from delivering the most efficient solutions, both in services relating to IT and consultancy. We have, after countless days of sleepless nights, managed to create a company that businesses, industries, and clients can actually trust and rely on. There were times amidst the pandemic when we almost gave up out of frustration, but it was our teamwork and dedication that helped us get through the various problems we faced. Every member’s loyalty and sincerity towards helping the company achieve its dream is the reason why IECS is what it is today. Every member at IECS adapted to the radically new work-from-home culture with stride and went out of their way to make sure that no member faced any issues while working. The entire process was a flurry of numerous pitches, some rejections that made our game stronger. It is because of such strong determination together with the endless inspiration of our founder that IECS has been able to overcome numerous adversities and has been able to ace every project. We decided to put in all of our creative thinking and critical assessment to make sure that every service we provide is highly specialized and innovative in nature. We realized that the amount of thought we put into building our firm is the equal amount of hard work we would have put into our clients’ companies too because we have to treat each company like they were our own.
